J & S Associates were founded in June 2002 by John McConnachie, over the preceding 20 years John had gained wide experience within the debt recovery field, before the launch of J & S Associates John was a Senior Manager with a leading firm of chartered accountants and as such possesses extensive knowledge of Insolvency Practice. He has been member of the Institute of Credit Management since 1992 and a member of the Institute of Payroll and Pensions Management since 1999, a member of The Association of British Investigators and is licensed under the Consumer Credit Act.

J & S Associates have an ever expanding client base that includes a number of chartered accountants, insurance brokers and solicitors along with a wide variety of general commercial business customers.

Whilst based in west central Scotland our customer base stretches the length and breadth of the United Kingdom and abroad. Our services are not restricted by national boundaries and we can act throughout the UK and European Union.
